Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. peanuts
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. dry coconut
- 1 medium to large onion
- For Tampering:
- mustard seeds
- red chilies
- cumin seeds
- methi seeds
- curry leaves
- oil
Instructions
- Heat Oil, add mustard seeds till splutter, red chilies, cumin seeds and little bit of methi seeds. Add sliced onions, pinch of salt, curry leaves. Fry till golden, add ginger & garlic paste. Once ginger garlic war flavor is gone, add turmeric powder, add chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, green chilies, peanut-sesame-coconut paste and mix it. Add water till it becomes like a thin curry. Cook for around 30 minutes. Oil separates from gravy. Ad mint and chopped coriander. Add beaten yogurt. Bring it to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add bell peppers for salan gravy and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
