  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp. dry coconut
  • 1 medium to large onion
  • For Tampering:
  • mustard seeds
  • red chilies
  • cumin seeds
  • methi seeds
  • curry leaves
  • oil
Instructions
  1. Heat Oil, add mustard seeds till splutter, red chilies, cumin seeds and little bit of methi seeds. Add sliced onions, pinch of salt, curry leaves. Fry till golden, add ginger & garlic paste. Once ginger garlic war flavor is gone, add turmeric powder, add chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, green chilies, peanut-sesame-coconut paste and mix it. Add water till it becomes like a thin curry. Cook for around 30 minutes. Oil separates from gravy. Ad mint and chopped coriander. Add beaten yogurt. Bring it to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add bell peppers for salan gravy and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
